Replacing old fuse boxes with a modern consumer unit. This is often needed before other work can be signed off.

Adding sockets where you need them, or fitting new light fittings and switches. Kitchens, extensions and lofts are the usual jobs.

EICR reports for landlords
Electrical Installation Condition Reports for rental properties. These are needed to meet landlord obligations and we can talk you through what the report means.
